We were two brothers/lovers/friends with burgeoning careers as handymen and chimney sweeps. But after the great recession, when everything was fixed and all the chimneys were cleaned we had to find new jobs. We tried teaching and working on a taco truck respectively. Then we serendipitously landed on ice cream and it’s really all been downhill from there.
Our penance to pay for our past transgressions? Complete devotion to the ice cream gods. All of our time and energy goes into creating a product that’s worthy of their praise. We offer a product crafted completely from scratch made with time and attention, even if it means sacrificing everything else in our lives.
We keep going because we enjoy bringing you the best possible product in our own unique way. Also, we’re trapped psychologically.
